LA House / Alventosa Morell Arquitectes
Briefly

The house's layout is strategically organized around a central fireplace and four brick volumes, creating a comfortable, bioclimatic atmosphere while enhancing energy efficiency.
Controlled light intake, ceramic wall thermal inertia, and effective cross ventilation have reduced the home's energy demand to just 16Kwh/m²/year, eliminating the need for cooling.
The design integrates sustainable materials throughout, including certified wood for the roofs and window frames, promoting environmental responsibility and reducing the ecological footprint.
An open day space circles the fireplace and connects to the garden through large openings, a design choice that maximizes comfort and privacy while enhancing outdoor connectivity.
