A single-family house uses a large horizontal plate, green patios, and variable-permeability brick membranes to shield interiors while organizing spaces on a 350 m² site.
The design incorporates a split-level system to effectively manage the significant slope of the plot, showcasing innovative architectural solutions to site-specific challenges.
