Exeter College Cohen Quad / Alison Brooks Architects
Briefly

The Cohen Quad is designed as a unique S-shaped plan that weaves between two new courtyards, connected by a three-dimensional ambulatory, offering spaces for gathering and scholarly exchange.
The multi-level commons space at the center serves as the social heart, while public areas feature a two-storey stone-clad base and student rooms have sinuous patterned stainless steel surfaces.
The curved roof of the Cohen Quad serves as a unique identifier on Oxford's skyline, providing loft study and living spaces, and acting as a unifying element between old and new architecture.
