The design emphasizes functionality and aesthetics, integrating exposed industrial features with thoughtful detailing, creating distinct environments that support various activities and experiences.
A notable element is the Room of Seclusion, an unexpected 12' x 12' space behind a plywood wall, enhanced with a full surround light and sound setup.
