The Brandilera House showcases a series of independent structures that harmoniously intertwine with the surrounding natural landscape, prioritizing the fusion of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Designed by Manuel Cervantes Estudio in collaboration with James Perse, the house emphasizes a central garden area, enhancing its seamless integration with expansive ocean views.
Utilizing a restrained material palette, the architecture merges concrete, wood, and local vegetation, exemplifying luxury within simplicity and making nature a central element of the design.
Covering 3,600 sqm, the house features nine suites, communal areas, pools, and a spa, ensuring a constant connection with the natural topography and local flora.
