I wanted the atmosphere to feel relaxed, warm and almost calming - a place where you can unwind and recharge or entertain and explore, achieved through a deep connection to nature.
Rather than replace historical traces, Bakva amplified the original dialogue, celebrating elements like the kidney-shaped pool and original sunken tub, which became architectural artifacts.
The Park Lane home, restored by Jordan Bakva, honors its 1963 lineage while integrating modern materials, creating a seamless blend of history and contemporary living.
