The article describes an architectural project situated in a narrow alley surrounded by identical red brick multip-family houses. The building's owner prioritized a fourth-floor terrace for outdoor access and a view of the sky, setting it apart from its neighbors. However, the building faced challenges regarding natural light and space due to its proximity to other structures. The design aims to create a visually appealing and functional exterior while ensuring the upper levels feel open despite limited indoor space.
