The Qullilerfik housing project consists of five prism-shaped residences designed to complement the sloped site, integrating the intervention into the natural terrain of Nuuk.
Our nature-based designs respect and integrate into the landscape rather than impose upon it, avoiding traditional concrete casting and rock blasting.
Each residence features a southwest-facing balcony, optimized for sunlight while providing shelter from the prevailing Arctic winds, ensuring year-round usability.
The project not only provides 47 housing units but also includes small business spaces on the ground floor to foster community development within Nuuk.
