AIMASIA Residence is a new architectural project in Mykonos that combines modern design with sustainable practices and local heritage. Built near Elia beach, the residence features a prominent 62-meter dry-stone wall that defines its structure, exhibiting respect for the surrounding landscape. The building is designed to optimize sea views and maintains visual harmony with the environment. The use of native plants on rooftops enhances sustainability and integrates the residence into its natural surroundings, while also echoing the historical dry-stone walls significant to the Cycladic islands.
AIMASIA Residence celebrates its environment by blending ancient practices with modern architecture, featuring a 62-meter granite wall that enhances the natural landscape.
Inspired by Mykonos' dry-stone walls, AIMASIA Residence integrates outdoor elements indoors, fostering harmony and sustainability while offering vast views of the sea.
