Each poster incorporated Admind's core values—trust, cooperation, responsibility, adventure, partnership, satisfaction, and kindness—while maintaining visual consistency through the company's brand identity color system. Artists retained creative freedom to interpret these values through their unique visual styles. The campaign used an interactive headline format asking "Can you see _ _ _?" to engage potential candidates. The strategy proved highly effective, generating four times more website visits than typical campaigns, attracting nearly 3,000 visitors to the recruitment section, gaining over 200 new Facebook followers, and successfully recruiting several talented graphic designers.
