A SoHo Loft Combines European Influences With the Spirit of NYC

Tucked away in SoHo, a meticulously designed 2,000-square-foot loft uniquely combines modern elegance and European charm, reflecting the Dutch and Finnish heritage of its owners.
The couple was inspired by Ghislaine Viñas's design work after discovering her magazine feature, ultimately leading to a collaboration that resulted in a luxurious yet comfortable living space.
To combat the apartment's limited natural sunlight, the design team strategically used white and cream tones, enhancing openness and creating an airy atmosphere throughout the loft.
Unique sculptural elements, such as a Seletti nose sculpture and feathered light fixtures, reflect the clients' whimsical tastes, revealing a playful character within the sophisticated design.
