Associates hitting the 2,000 billable hour target will receive bonuses as shown in the chart, with top performers potentially seeing up to a 50% increase in their bonuses.
The firm reassures associates that those falling short of the billable target may still receive partial bonuses, demonstrating a commitment to recognize performance even in challenging situations.
In line with traditional practices, Sidley will also promote associates up the existing compensation scale this year, ensuring equity in pay progression.
