Initially, our notifications were basic: just the podcast name, episode title, thumbnail, and the mention text itself. I thought this would be sufficient for users to take actionable steps, but soon we realized the need for more detailed, contextual information to truly meet the expectations of our podcast agency clients. Understanding their need for comprehensive insights led us to adapt our approach and enhance our product offerings.
