This "Corona Colada" is the perfect cocktail to whip up for friends when you don't have your full bar set up at home.
The flavor of the Corona cuts into the sweetness of the coconut liquor and cream nicely, and honestly gives off the taste of the piña colada.
We found ourselves running out of Coronas rather quickly as this was the party pleasing drink that everyone wanted to try.
I was pleasantly surprised how much I loved this drink… the sweetness of the coconut balanced out this drink nicely.
