This bittersweet, bourbon-forward and jammy twist on the boulevardier is enriched with berry notes. The infusion, which needs to be made at least a week in advance, also makes a nice boozy gift for your nearest and dearest.
To make the drink, measure the infusion into a mixing glass filled with a handful of ice and stir to chill and dilute. Strain into a glass of your choosing.
Make the infusion at least a week ahead. Measure all the ingredients into a clean one-litre mason jar or large bottle. Seal, shake well to dissolve the jam.
