The Will County coroner's office has identified an off-duty Chicago police officer killed Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in Tinley Park as 34-year-old Timothy Siwula.
Carr said that details of the accident were not available Monday, and accident reconstruction investigators were still at work to determine the cause of the crash.
