New York's Chip City Cookies Will Soon Open Its First Chicago Location
Briefly

Chip City, which debuted seven years ago in Queens, New York, will debut in late April in Gold Coast. The chain also has plans for Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, and Lakeview.
The expansion of Chip City has been funded, in part, by a $10 million investment by New York restaurateur Danny Meyer, known for investments in chains like Shake Shack and GreenRiver.
Chip City offers over 40 flavors of cookies annually, along with innovative items like the 'Chip Crookie' - a croissant stuffed with cookie dough.
The cookie industry has seen significant growth with chains like Levain Bakery, Insomnia, and Crumbl entering the market, reflecting evolving consumer preferences in the world of cookies.
