I always find it amazing how, after every conviction of an Illinois politician, lobbyist, etc., those who remain say not only that we must do better but that we already are.State Senate President Don Harmon and House Speaker Chris Welch did that on Tuesday after the convictions of the "ComEd Four," talking about the new ethics laws they have passed.
