National Weather Service officials said there is a 20 percent chance of rain before 9 a.m. Friday through mid morning. But conditions are expected to clear before temperatures fall to the 40s by 4 p.m., officials said.
Friday night, conditions are expected to be clear with temperatures in the 30s.
