Is there such a word as New Orlean-ish? Even though you're in the middle of Chicago and the middle of Hyde Park, you feel like you're in the Big Easy.
We chose to celebrate the flavors and style of New Orleans because my Uncle Stew, who was my late aunt's husband, was the first man to work with me at the stoves.
