De Bruyne has confirmed he has not yet resumed contract talks with Manchester City, despite being able to negotiate with other clubs as a free agent starting January.
Speaking on the condition of the City squad after poor form, De Bruyne remarked, 'You can't change yourself after having a bad moment... Hopefully it gets better.'
