Teens struck by a car after running a stop sign on an e-bike in Little Havana, police say

On Monday night, two teenagers riding an electric bicycle were hospitalized after running a stop sign at Northwest 11th Avenue and Second Street and being struck by a car.
Miami police reported that the incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. The driver of the car remained at the scene after the accident.
The 17-year-olds were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital where they are expected to recover from their injuries.
