Stanley Newell, an 18-year-old described by police as a serial offender, has pleaded guilty to multiple crimes in Epsom, including two counts of residential burglary.
Along with residential burglary, Newell admitted to stealing a motor vehicle, taking a vehicle without consent in an aggravated manner, and dangerous driving.
The plea was entered at Guildford Crown Court on August 9, where he was remanded in custody pending sentencing, set for October 18.
Newell's criminal activities highlight ongoing issues with youth delinquency and persistent offending in the Epsom area.
