Quincy police responded to reports of a car crash and shots fired, discovering a victim suffering multiple gunshot wounds trapped in a heavily damaged vehicle.
After using the Jaws of Life to extricate the gunshot victim, officers applied a tourniquet before first responders transported the individual to the hospital.
The incident appeared to be targeted, occurring when the victim was shot by someone from a dark sedan, leading to their subsequent crash.
