
Sabrina Callahan grew up in Iola, Kansas, and studied journalism and public relations at the University of Kansas. She began her career in marketing after moving to Dallas in 2010, working at Hilton, then roles at Walmart and AT&T. She learned that when new opportunities appear, pivoting and staying open helps even when leaving a current role is not exciting. Southwest Airlines remained a long-term goal, and she now leads digital strategy as senior vice president and chief digital and marketing officer. In the new role, she aims to strengthen what makes Southwest fun for customers and employees. She emphasizes that creative ideas are welcome and shares personal routines and views on multitasking.
