Equity Prime Mortgage promoted Anjanette Valenta to chief people officer after one year as senior vice president, people operations. Valenta joined the company in September 2024 and delivered rapid changes to people strategy, culture, and employee programs. Valenta has more than two decades of human resources experience, beginning as human resources manager, shared services, at Ameriquest Mortgage Co., and serving as senior vice president of human resources at Banc of California. Valenta also ran Valenta HR Consulting. Valenta holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine, and an Executive Education certificate from Stanford.
