A 31-year-old man and an 18-year-old man from Toronto are charged with kidnapping for ransom, forcible confinement, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and arson, among other charges. Two 15-year-old boys are charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence and arson."
