Responders found a woman with injuries at the scene and transported her to a hospital, where she was pronounced deceased shortly after arrival. Police identified the incident as an active investigation and indicated that all parties involved are cooperating. The northbound off-ramp for El Camino Real from westbound Highway 92 was closed while police examined the scene. Both southbound and northbound S. El Camino Real traffic was diverted at nearby intersections.
