Kevin Alexander Carlson, 30, was arrested on suspicion of arson related to the Bidwell Mansion fire, which was confirmed as an intentional act.
According to Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey, Carlson was arrested following the issuance of a warrant by a local judge and is currently held without bail.
