One incident involved a physical argument in 2024, while another in 2025 resulted in a car crash that severely injured a 58-year-old woman. Lowe fled the scene after the crash, which occurred when he ran a stop sign. He also had an outstanding arrest warrant in Georgia for firearm possession.
