Fire crews managed to slightly widen containment of the Park Fire, triggered by arson, which has burned over 386,000 acres across four counties in Northern California.
An arsonist, a 42-year-old Chico man, was arrested for intentionally starting the fire by pushing a burning vehicle into a gully in Bidwell Park while allegedly intoxicated.
