During this time, Shadow has stepped in to assist as temperatures plummet. Last year, Jackie faced a similar storm, incubating three eggs for an extended period. Despite the challenging conditions, both eagles are equipped to endure the cold, with Jackie possessing waterproof feathers to maintain warmth.
