As much as 80% of global capability centres (GCC) in India prioritize digital capabilities including AI, ML, data analytics over traditional tech focuses like application development, according to ANSR's survey.
India's GCC sector, valued at $46 billion, is forecasted to reach $110 billion by 2030, with over 4.5 million professionals to be employed across 2,400 GCCs, leveraging the country's tech talent and government support.
