FDNY personnel battled a large blaze in a Williamsburg building on Tuesday morning, leaving two civilians and a firefighter injured.The inferno broke out just after 11 a.m. at 19 Throop Avenue, and 12 FDNY units rushed to the scene with 60 smoke eaters to quash the flames.
