Footage obtained by The Post shows four attackers... running down the Ridgewood block after the 19-year-old victim seconds before the brutal 10:45 a.m. attack.
At some point during the fracas, the teen victim was knifed in the head outside the fast food joint on Myrtle Avenue near Wyckoff Avenue, cops said.
He was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
As the vicious crew calmly walked off, one of the suspects... picked up the knife off the sidewalk.
