Mathew Rodriguez, 18, has been charged with second-degree murder and other offenses following the death of 7-month-old Kaori Patterson-Moore, who was shot while in her stroller. The incident occurred on April 1 in East Williamsburg when Rodriguez and Amuri Greene, 21, fired into a crowd. Kaori was struck in the head, and her 2-year-old brother was injured. The suspects fled on a moped, which crashed shortly after. Greene was arrested immediately, while Rodriguez was apprehended later in Pennsylvania.
