"A suspect has been arrested for murder for shooting a 24-year-old man during a loud argument in a Brooklyn apartment building, police said Monday. Yonathan Guzman, 22, is charged with murder and gun possession for the 2:05 a.m. Sunday shooting in the lobby of his building on Dorchester Road near E. 21st St. in Flatbush. Guzman allegedly shot the victim in the upper body during the clash. Medics rushed the victim to Kings County Hospital but he could not be saved. His name has not yet been released."
"'They were really loud,' said the neighbor, who asked to be identified by her first name only, Isabel. 'I heard kids crying, stuff breaking in there. I didn't know what was going on.' She called 911 as the fight escalated. 'I was just like, someone's gonna get hurt,' she said. 'There was just way too much commotion.'"
