Meyer Sperber, 46, who resided with his parents, Jacob and Rachel Sperber, in Borough Park, faces two counts each of murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police sources said that Meyer Sperber allegedly barricaded himself inside the residence, leading to a standoff that lasted about an hour.
