One dead, one injured in double shooting on Putnam Avenue in Brooklyn

On Monday night, a shooting in Bedford-Stuyvesant claimed the life of a 39-year-old man, Ramel Fisher, and left a 63-year-old man injured. Ramel Fisher, 39, of East 45th Street in Brooklyn, was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
