Officers responded at approximately 10:01 p.m. to reports of gunfire outside 1233 Putnam Avenue, within the NYPD's 83rd Precinct.
Ramel Fisher, 39, of East 45th Street in Brooklyn, was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
