When he arrived at an emergency room with his cousin, Jashawndre Upshaw was wearing the same outfit as a man who had attempted to rob someone near a nightclub in Oakland.

Surveillance footage from the area, showed the second armed robber alongside Jones in the same outfit Upshaw wore at the hospital, authorities said.
