An investigation is underway into a pair of shootings Monday night in Gilroy, with officers responding to reports of a fight and possible gunfire around 9:20 p.m.
A man later arrived at an area hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, and fortunately, he is expected to survive the incident.
About an hour and a half later, police received reports of a second shooting at a home on Church Street, but thankfully, no injuries were reported.
Authorities have not confirmed whether the two shootings are related, and they are urging anyone with information to contact the police department.
