Kerry Lewis, 46, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the brutal double murder of Jacqueline Delyons, 66, and her 91-year-old father, Roosevelt Simmons.
After allegedly committing the murders, Lewis stated, 'I snapped,' revealing his mental state during a perp walk while being taken to court.
Both victims were discovered by police in their Cypress Hills home with their bodies lying face down on the kitchen floor, their necks slit.
