A gunman looted a smoke shop at Prospect Heights last month, getting away with over $1,500 worth of goods.According to police, the gun-toting crook ran into Fulton Exotic World smoke shop at 1002 Fulton St. near Grand Avenue on April 28 and flashed a black and silver firearm at the store clerk at around 6:30 p.m.
