Police have arrested Russell Laiosa, a 55-year-old man who stole a tow truck during a road rage incident, causing extensive damage and injuries.
Laiosa assaulted the tow truck operator, drove off with his vehicle still hitched, systematically colliding with several parked cars as he fled.
Now facing over a dozen charges, including grand larceny and reckless endangerment, Laiosa has pleaded not guilty in a New York City court.
His license has been suspended, and he is scheduled to return to court for further proceedings regarding the serious charges against him.
