Authentic dishes from the Caribbean, South America, Africa, Latin America, and the Southern United States will be at the heart of the event, offering guests a culinary journey through the global Creole Diaspora. "From smoky jerk and savory stews to rich gumbos and sweet tropical desserts, the festival invites attendees to taste the legacy and innovation behind every bite," DeSouza said. Haitian-born co-founder Fabrice Armand said the move to Brooklyn marks a turning point for the festival.
