"Part of our early strategy had to be to sue them as often as we could," said Jeffries, highlighting New York Attorney General Letitia James and her legal pursuits against the president.
"Right now more than 150 or so lawsuits have been filed related to at least 75 different unconstitutional and unlawful executive orders," he said.
