Brooklyn High School Culinary Students Head to NYC Food & Wine Festival
Briefly

Brooklyn has some of the best restaurants not just in New York City but in the world. Innovative Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs like the one at John Dewey High School allow our kids to get ahead of the curve and gain first-hand experience in all aspects of the culinary arts industry. Our partnership with the New York City Wine & Food Festival will further set these students up for success by providing access to the best chefs, entrepreneurs and influencers in the business.
We are so grateful to our Brooklyn Borough President, Antonio Reynoso, and the New York City Wine & Food Festival for offering our students a unique opportunity to broaden their horizons. It serves as an immersive educational experience, helping to connect our students with professionals and expanding their knowledge beyond the classroom, while fostering a passion for lifelong learning.
