Her boyfriend, Daniel Medina, 22, is accused of firing the gun and is still at large. The incident occurred after an ongoing feud between Rodriguez and Abreu, who was the boyfriend of Rodriguez's neighbor. Police found Abreu with a gunshot wound to the neck, and he later died at the hospital.
