Briefly

The Frederick S. Pardee School for Global Studies at Boston University is set to become a global hub for interdisciplinary collaboration, featuring a new 70,000-square-foot building designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro. This innovative structure emphasizes sustainable urban development while accommodating various academic and communal spaces. Its design minimizes land use, preserving room for future green areas, and encourages community interaction through unique features such as double-height living rooms and a social stair. Overall, this project aims to enhance urban density and promote healthier living environments.
We are thrilled to be part of Boston University's effort to make urban environments healthier, more vibrant places to live. The Pardee School of Global Studies marks a significant step toward densifying urban centers in a carbon-neutral way.
The building will accommodate a variety of spaces including event and conference rooms, classrooms, faculty offices, and social areas, fostering community interaction and collaboration.
