He is described as 5-foot-10 and 130 pounds, wearing glasses and may have been in all black clothing, along with a silver chain featuring an arrow-shaped charm.
Authorities noted that Pepin-Cepeda walks with a distinct gait and has previously been found at a local shelter, emphasizing the urgency of assistance.
Boston police are actively seeking public help in locating Pepin-Cepeda and encourage anyone with information to contact them immediately.
